Booking Your Spa Treatments

We advise you book your treatments, spa experience and pamper days in advance to avoid disappointment.
At the time of booking we will require a full payment in advance.

If you require any advice on treatments or packages, then please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our trained therapsits will be happy to help.

To enjoy the ultimate in relaxation for any appoitments we advise you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your apppointment in order to check in and complete your consultation form.

What should I bring with me?

If you are using the Spa Experience or having a pamper day then All you need to bring with you is your swimwear, £1 for your locker, and any shampoo/conditioner or toiletries you would like to use afterwards. We require a £5 cash deposit and we will be able to provide you with a towel on arrival to use for the day.

Treatment Times

Your Spa Therapist will include a consultation, treatment prescription and post relaxation in the treatment times listed.


We advise you to prolong the benefit of your spa treatment. The Abbey Spa offers a full range of Luxury retail products for home use. Your Spa Therapist will advise you on the correct face and body care to maintain your results.

Medical Conditions

Medical Information – Some treatments may not be suitable or require adjusting. As your well–being is our priority, please give us any relevant information at the time of booking. We will take no responsibility if your medical information will prevent you from using our facilities. Please be aware if you are pregnant you are unable to use the wet spa Experience. We require a doctor’s note if you are being treated for any of the following: heart conditions, cancer, liver problems, kidney diseases and any recent operations.

Terms and Conditions

In order for us to deliver the best possible service to our clients, The Abbey operates under the following terms and conditions which govern use of the Spa, its facilities and our service to you.
You must notify us of any changes to existing or new medical conditions / injuries on every visit to the Spa. We will not be responsible if anything happens to you and we have not been informed. The Abbey reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons undergoing specific medical treatments that will hinder their recovery by going into the Spa or having treatments.

In line with The Abbey dignity at work policy, we respectfully ask that all our customers and contractors behave in a manner that is inoffensive and that all our staff are treated with dignity and respect. The Abbey may choose to withdraw its services to any visitor who fails to comply with this request.
